Mixback Pro refund policy. Last updated: 28 September 2026

Mixback is made by ABDULLAH TALAL KABLI Establishment (unified national number 7055026962, VAT number 312234876500003, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia). Our reseller Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for purchases on our website, and Paddle processes refunds.

1. 30-day refund, no questions asked

You can get a full refund of:

• your first Pro payment (monthly or yearly), and
• each yearly renewal payment,

if you ask within 30 days of the payment. No questions asked.

We chose to offer this to everyone, wherever you live. It is at least as generous as the 14-day withdrawal right in the European Union and the United Kingdom and the 7-day right under Saudi law, so you do not lose anything by starting to use Pro right away.

2. Monthly renewals

Monthly renewals after the first payment are not refunded as a rule. Cancel at any time and Pro stays active to the end of the month you have paid for. If a renewal charged you by mistake, for example after you tried to cancel, write to us and we will refund it.

3. Yearly plans after the first year

After your first year, you can end a renewed yearly plan at any time with one month’s notice. We refund the unused whole months after the notice period. Where our payment provider can no longer refund the original payment, we add the same time back as Pro time, or pay it by bank transfer if you ask.

4. How to ask

• Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or go to paddle.net and look up your order; or
• email atk@atkabli.com with the email address you bought with.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Paddle processes them; your bank may take longer to show it. We aim to complete every approved refund within 14 days of your request.

5. What happens after a refund

The refunded subscription ends and the app returns to the free version. Your recordings stay on your Mac.

6. When we may refuse

We may refuse a refund where we see clear abuse, for example repeated buy-and-refund cycles on the same account. This never limits a refund you are entitled to by law.

7. Faults

If Pro does not work as described, tell us. We will fix it, or refund or credit you for the affected period. Your statutory rights on faulty digital content are not affected by this policy.

8. Mac App Store purchases

Purchases made in the Mac App Store are refunded by Apple, not by us or Paddle. Request them at reportaproblem.apple.com.

9. Promotional Pro periods

A free promotional period (for example from a Mixback card) involves no payment, so there is nothing to refund.
